Widows and Widowers
February 20, 2008
For along time, I am thinking about the widowers and widows in Bayonnais. But I couldn’t express my idea about that. But now , I see it is important that I present this situation .
In Bayonnais , there are many people that their wives or their husbands had died and now they become widowers and widows. Many of them didn’t have any child. because of that they are in a situation unpleasant, they have no body to take care of them. With the evolution(developpemernernt) of the society , we see it is necessary to put right this situation.
I am too young and I am private of economic capacity because I live in a backward country, I am unable to help them . I don’t have possibility to travel.So, I present the situation in my blog, I hope you will enjoy it.
My objective is: to build a big house of many rooms and put one or two beds in each room. I would place some women to feed them ,to wash their clothes and to clean the house and the courtyard.when they die , I would be in charge burying them completely.When they are sick , we would have some physicians(doctors) in order to take care of them.
So, I would love you to collaborate with me in this situation in order to solve this problem, it would be nice.
I hope from today people will begin thinking about that and I wish they will fix their eyes on it.
Life is like that it is important that the strongs help the weaks.

Hey there!
my high school spanish class and i think that your ideas for “changement” (we all love that word!) are really, really awesome! we’re from new hampshire and our teacher is a really avid supporter of Haiti and the Partners in Health organization (she even speaks kreyol!). This subject you write about is interesting to me specifically because it is rare to see ideas concerning the widows and widowers, as they are often people who are overlooked because everyone expects them to have money from their deceased spouse. What i find most striking is that your idea for a commun would not only be a great idea for the widows and widowers to merge back into society, but it would also save a lot of money as far as energy costs are concerned. we’re all very impressed with your english and ideas, so keep it up!!
kenbe fem pa lage!
love,
hannah, rose, jen, tajian and nik. :}
Is not it important to realize this project in Haiti ? I would be happy to see that . I would like you to think about that. Iverner
